The Rapidfile database
software was originally released in the mid 1980s with the most recent release
being in 1986, prior to the invention of either the Microsoft Windows or Linux
operating systems. However despite the changes in computing that have
taken place since 1986, Rapidfile is alive and well in the 21st century and
is still quite capable of handling a variety of database tasks. In fact
for some tasks it is still the best tool available.
